I'll see your speculation and raise you postulation(which, according to Google Chrome, is actually a word). I think she does remember, at least Oliver and the rest of the Justice League(and their costumes straight off the Wal-Mart Halloween rack). I suspect, however, that when Brainiac merged with her and changed her power, and subsequently left her, that she is now powerless and doesn't remember her days as either a healer or the precursor to Skynet.

now that Jor-El has wiped her memory of Clark's abilities? Seems like it will be really hard for Clark to keep his secret from her if she knows the abilities of the other guys but not Clark, especially when Clark works with them.

Clark doesn't really work with the Justice League often, with the exception of with Oliver, and that was only lately. And even then, it's working with Oliver, not with the Green Arrow. So I would guess that the one thing has nothing to do with the rest.
