It's interesting to note that episode 6 and 9 both had serious dark tone and there was no Lois in it! All the episode this season that had Lois were lighthearted, sarcastic, fuuny, giddy, and mature. I think this is interesting to notice..

Yeah, I always miss Lois when she's gone. She brings out the best in Clark. I thought this episode was too Chloe heavy. Even though it was good, it could have used Lois in a few scenes instead of so much Chloe. And I don't mean this in a small way. There really is too much Chloe.

^^^ ya it was a great eppy but i wanted them to metion lois name. for example when chole was at the isis foundation and she had all these people on the computer and she was trying to remmmber them. i atleast wanted lois face to be up ther and clark say something like" come on chole you dont remmmber ur own cousin"

I thought it was interesting to not have Lois in this episode seeing as how she is important to Chloe because she is the cousin, wouldn't she be aware of her cousins memory loss, i'm confused?

I Miss Lois Already!! I hate to think what will happen to me when I don't see ED for 4 episodes in a row (spoilers reveal she's not in episodes 11-14 when Lana returns) Can this be the case?!

well when lois was in the phantom zone it was not funny other than lois thinking they were abducted.

Yeah, I notice that too. But they can't have Lois in all episodes, so I assume she was gone somewhere and that's why she wasn't with Chloe to support her, I think she will find out later.

ya to not have lois in this ep was kind of odd since she is chloe's cousin and all. I mean chloe mentioned Lana you would think she could mention Lois at some point or have some memory with Lois that fades away.

Yes it was very odd to not have Lois in an episode largely focused on her cousin Chloe.

I like dark episodes and... these episodes are certainly mature. Lighthearted episodes are good too. Asl long as there's a good balance of them I'm glad.

Episodes without Lois are good but they're quite slow paced and they are darker which I do like. But if the whole series was like this it would be very dull, it needs a little brightness and love srory in it.
The whole Faora thing wasnt exactly lighthearted. It was quite similar to what hapened to chloe but the tone was slightly different.

When Chloe can't remember either of her parents it's no surprise that she wouldn't remember Lois. It seems family ties just aren't as strong with her. Clark and Lana have been a sort of substitute family for her, but she eventually forgot them as well.
As was said, Lois has had some darker toned episodes as well as the lighter, humorous ones. The fun episodes are, imho, easier to remember because Lois brings/kicks Clark out of his morose, melancholy mood, while Chloe and Lana tend to let him dwell. And nobody likes a sad Superman. Lois strikes the right balance, dark and light in equal amounts.
