No offense, but Allison Mack's dementia isn't really believable for me. The only thing that I felt was realistic was the "Brainiac? They used to call me that when I was a kid" part.

And the Chimmy and Chlark in this episode is off. The talk about the Fortress was a HUGE rehash of Hero IMO.

Ugh, and Jimmy has gotten way worse than when he was in Identity. Why do they torture us with Chimmy?

I wouldn't say love obsessed. I think it's more that Brainiac wants to help Davis or control him. So he is lining Chloe up so that Davis is the only thing that matters so that they can aline themselves together. Something like that........

It is a little too 'Spotless Mind' but ah well.... at least Davis has a nice evil smile this episode. Like he's finally in on his dirty little secret and he's not afraid.

i would have liked it more she forgets everything equally. I would think that Chloiac would tend to remember both Davis and Clark because they are both of Kryptonian origin. All other non-Kryptonian stuff are getting erased. That's my working theory for now.

As to why Chloe forgot Clark's secret, maybe Braniac eventually wants Chloe to think that Davis was the baby Kal-el that was in the spaceship and Clark was the evil "genetic" material, thereby making Clark the "bad guy"? This will draw Chloe closer to Davis.
