She learned it from something called "neopets", which I'm assuming is one of the first places she went to chat online. It seems like that's common place over there, and she picked up the habit.

It seems more often than not that people in the lower teens talk like that online. I'm suprised people are so unfamiliar with it.

Yeah I do that as well but mostly only on MSN. I try to stop myself from talking slang on these boards though because it seems to annoy some people. Its a hard habit to get over.

Actually the habit is not hard to break off for me I know when to control it its just that on neopets its like I have to talk that way or else I won't understand peepl...it does seem to annoy a lot of peeple because It hink they either don't like change or they just can't understand it but I've noticed its both

Yah it does seem to annoy peeple I'm guessing because they can't understand it or there just to old or maybe simply because its new and they don't like the change now that my opinion so I'll understand if U disagree and U also said that it was a hard habit to get over..not for me because I know which sites hate it and which sites don't
