Which one do you like better?
I personally think that "Identity" is better.

They were both good, but Identity is the best in season 8 so far.

Identity without a doubt. Everything and everybody was great in that episode.

There've been a string of Great episodes so far this season IMO, and I Really Loved these two. However, of the two, "Identity" is my favorite.

Identity was great for the last minute and a half, the rest of the episode was merely above average.
.
I'd say overall Bloodline was better, it certainly had much better cgi & sfx.

It's a tough decision, I loved them both.

I'd say Bloodline. I thought it did a great job of wrapping up a past storyline and advancing the current ones. I'd say this episode was jam-packed with storyline so much that I even wouldn't have minded if it had been drawn out to a two or more episode arc. I thought Kara's return and departure was very emotional, and I really liked the family bond shown between Clark and Kara. The final farewell moment was just really, really great. Erica Durance did a great job as Faora and Lois...kudos to her. To also finally see how Doomsday fits into the Smallville mythos with his being the "creation" of Zod and Faora and inclusion of his comic-counterpart's "can't be killed the same way twice" I thought did his character and storyline justice. I had been ambivalent about Doomsday-as-human up to that point w/out some kind of sensible explanation that would fit into the Superman lore. Like I said, this episode was just filled with storyline. It was the first episode this season to keep me glued to my seat to see what would keep happening, especially in regards to Kara's fate.

They were both good, but I thought Identity worked a bit better, and was more Clark-centric.

I love the both but,I have to go with Bloodline.Lois & Clark in the PZ & learning where Davis came from is unbeatable in my opinion.

I can't choose. They were both amazing episodes and had really "hype-y" moments but I'm not sure which I like better! Cheers to the Smallville writers!!

"Bloodline" just about edges out "Identity" for me, though both were awesome.

I have never before seen an exact 50/50 split with so many voters. That is STRANGE.

Both were very good, but I thought Idenity edged Bloodline just alittle. Jimmy getting close to outing Clark and Oliver faking him out, Lois in that Red dress and at the end we have killer Chloiac.
I haven't seen the entire episode of "Idenity"....perhaps I'll watch it all tonight to compare...but I'm pretty sure I'll end up choosing "Bloodline."

Wow - 30 to 30! I had to break that tie, but I could have gone either way.
I went back yesterday evening and watched "Identity" and it was a great episode, I really loved it. But, "Bloodline" is the one I'm voting for, no doubt.

I think Identity is about as perfect as it gets so it gets my vote, but Bloodline was also a good episode.

IMO, It goes like this I enjoyed "Identity" but I ADORED "Bloodline"
It goes like one of you said: the greatness about Identity was its simple SV storyline. As for "Bloodline" I gave it my vote for tying all the storyarcs and developing some more in an facsinating way. I believe that everyone else except for Caroline Dries and PS3 would have ruined this episode.

Both! Identity was one of those all time classic SV episodes. Bloodline was even better, in terms of the episodes getting better and better, i can't wait for the next episode in the UK!

Both were great but I liked Bloodline better. Kara returns and we get a little bit of Davis' backstory.

Bloodline simply because I loved how Clark was protective of Lois, and Lois' concern for Clark while with Kara. That just goes to show how they are mean't to be together and how they have evolved since Season 4.

"Bloodline"
That was an excellent episode, all 'round. Not overly Clois-y, either.

I would say...Bloodline. Both are perfect, but my heart is still pounding like mad 5 minutes after watching it. Not a case with Identity. That's all.

Bloodline is pivotal and relevant to how the future plots will pan out and where they plan on taking the series.

Identity. It's all about Clark Kent and I especially like Jimmy Olsen in it.

"Bloodline".
Erica Durance knocked it outta the park as Faora.
