Im still tryin to figure out how where the world did she get that "S" piece of metal from. I personally think she got it from the old crystal that Clark had, to destroy the phantoms. But i have no clue. Any suggestions?

Not a clue, but I liked how the goldish S looked against her red shirt. Very Iconic!

Didn't you know? Jan-Es gave it to her before he got exiled to the Phantom Zone on Krypton! Then Kara and Jan-Es met up in the Phantom Zone and after a tryst she killed him which happened before the episode. The body you see is actually Jan-Es's. She had it all this time and is only now wearing it! LOL! I have no idea about the 'S'-necklace.

well she said clark gave it to her.... that much i remeber but if the was offscreenville i believe so. i think it was just a chance to see a s on the chest of a red shirt.. dope!!!!!

Clark's crystal had bluish-green tinge to it I think. I figured that it was a piece of the crystal she had at the start of "Kara", which they showed in the 'previously on Smallville' portion of the episode.

Wow. I never even thought of that. I think that's probably it. Also, when Clark stared at the necklace, I was expecting him to realize he should add that symbol to his "Good Samaritan" costume.

Hello? Superpowers, she made it herself? Like how Clark crushed a piece of coal and made it in to a diamond, she crushed a piece of metal and heat visioned into the 'S'. You can clearly see some burn marks on it.

Kara had an "S" shaped something that she could see pictures of baby Kal-El with when she first emerged from her ship. We see it in Episode "KARA"....... When she flies away from Clark in the woods after Lois finds Kara's ship.

Yeah, I was under the impression that the Phantom Zone was like Gilligan's Island (no lights, no phones, no motor cars, not a single luxury...) How did she do her hair and makeup under those conditions??? Oh well, she's still beautiful in any zone...
