Kandor was mentioned multiple times in season 7. They even visited it by time traveling. Did you miss that episode?

Basically Kandor was a city on Krypton. In the comics it was stolen by Brainiac (who has the ability to shrink matter) and kept in a bottle.

Post-Crisis, they screwed with Kandor's history in so many ways, but only now has the real Kandor been returned to continuity, and restored on earth

Kandor is a planet where most of the surviors from krypton went to after it was destroyed in the comics. It's where Super girl orginally came from.

no, its a city that brainiac put in a bottle. Supergirl in the comics came from Argo a kryptonian city that survived the explosion but was thrust into space.

With the current budget...no way. I think it was a mention and a nod to comic book fans, but was mainly done to explain Kara's future absence from the show.

When I heard Kara talking about hearing that a small part of Krypron might be out there somewhere I thought that I heard her say "Argo City" where she lived. Good thing I visited the Spoilers Page lol. Btw, in the comcis, didn't Bizzy do something like what Brainiac did to the Krypton capital?

Yep, the super-comics are currently telling New Krypton. What happens when you enlarge an entire kryptonian city on Earth with a kryptonian population? So far the military has decided that they throw doomsday on them and recruit lex luthor. In the 31st Century (the time of the legion of super-heroes) Kandor is enlarged on the planet Rokyn which has strict rules about travelling outside the influence of the red sun

At best, let's hope for a "Kara & The Chronicles of Kandor", hopefully made in the same manner as the "Kara & The Chronicles of Krypton" that was included for Season 7. There's quite an amount of potential story that could be told, heck with it set in outer space, it could span several years assuming the producers intended "Bloodline" as Kara's Smallville farewell. Here's hopin' in regard to a Chronicles story.

There is a book (now out in paperback) called "The Last Days of Krypton" that Chronicles the story of Jor-el & Zod, it tells of Brainiac shrinking of Kandor, the once capital city of Krypton. But more on the story of Jor-el & Lara, but it is NOT the Smallville version.

It is (IMO) a great story and worth checking out.

I hope they will play this out along the season!! And maybe hopefully a mention to his only sidekick Chloe of an update about Kara! But with the way the writers are doing that Chloaniac storyline, it's not bound to happen. And I so hope they won't forget about her again! You think now that Clark knows Kara is around on Earth, there'd be more mentions.

I got it when it came out. It's in hardback and signed by the author. I have read it 4 times already, but not the hardback seeing as it's collectable to me, so I also got one in paperback, which is the one I read.

but I highly doubt we will be hearing from kandor in the next half of the season. hopefully next season which I think could very likely be plausible, seeing as this season is so good thus far.

o0k, who's Kandor and yeah i expect the writer to follow this character and bring Kara back.
