I've never bought and watched Smallville on iTunes, but I wasn't able to watch tonight's episode. How long does it take for the most recent episode to be put up on iTunes?

Why would talking about legally purchasing episodes in iTunes be against the rules? o_O

Yeah I think that rule should be revised since smallville is now available to leagally be downloaded on itunes.

Yeah, I mean you're legitimately buying it. When The CW is offering it up to be downloaded for a certain amount of money, it's legal and, save for the lower prices, no different than buying the season on DVD.
