Did anybody realize that many of Clark's fights with many meteor freaks and bad guys consist of super speeding through the scene and using his super strength to push the bad guys into a wall or other objects. Come on, the writers should show us some more more creativity than that; like in the previous episode Prey when Clark throw the tire at Randy, that was hilarious!

Yeah,I know,it gets on my nerves to see him run like the Flash and throw things around but,it's a progression from the previous seasons where he always used these 2 abilities all the time.Look on the bright side,I really enjoyed his superjump on the roof of the club & X-ray's vision before he threw the tire on the bad guy in Prey and when he used superbreath & used his laser beam to save Lois in Committed. On 2 episodes in a row,we got to see him used these abilities that we nearly forgot that he has actually.

well i do think maybe they could use different ways for clark to save people, but theres a few things to know, for one meteor freaks are nowhere near as strong or powerful as clark, if clark chose to, there would be no remains of them. Clark doesn't have to try against them, so naturally he doesn't wanna hurt them, so he diffuses the situation by pushing or throwing them. I could see clark pushing or throwing an object to physically take down the oppenent so they don't get back up to hurt the victim, so i do agree with you on that point. They could've had clark push something into Sebastian, but either way the person being saved is gonna know someone saved them, so to leave less evidence most times it's best clark sticks to his superspeed and push/throw technique, rather than creating too much evidence, the reason he used the tire against the shadow monster was because the tires were right beside clark, the shadow monster was in perfect view and throwing distance for clark to hit him, plus jimmy was right there so he had to keep his distance so jimmy wouldn't see him using his abilities, even though jimmy was sorta behind the bin, unless clarks going up against stronger opponents, theres not much he needs to do take care of meteor freaks.

It was nice to see him throw around plain old punches in "Odyssey".

^^^^^even though he got his a$$ kicked.
clark should really practice how to fight with his hands and stuff incase his powers goes missing again.

I hope he develops a more thoughtful and tactical approach. I love the fight scenes in the Superman: The Animated Series (But that's a full grown Clark)

I think it was scare where Clark barely put his hand on some guards head and flicked it it knocked the guy out. I want it to be funnier at times where he just taps someones head or flicks their forehead.

He'd have some serious ring rust. The only thing he has going for him is that he wouldn't be gun shy.
