He learned his lesson about wearing that hidious red and blue outfit. Is he going to wear diff colors from now on?

I haven't seen the preview for the next show, but honestly I think he will. Now he has Jimmy off his back, I'm sure he'll go back to wearing it, even though I wouldn't mind seeing more of his 'new DP' clothes.

I think at this point, he can wear it because Jimmy already knows that it's not him and if anyone were to suspect that it's Clark, Jimmy can always say that Clark was there with him when he saw the hero of Metropolis.

^I agree with myankskent. Metropolis pretty much has confirmation of the hero, so Clark can wear the jacket without caring. And there will probably be a few impersonators of the hero, so if Clark wears it the closest connection that he'll get to being the hero is an impersonator (if someone does try to point out Clark).

I liked his other clothes. They stood out more and made him look better.

I think he should wear it in hero mode only. Never again as Clark.

Probably.
Maybe just not at the DP so much anymore.

Well, he kind of has to now. Its almost his official uniform at this point since the world has just become acquainted with the red blur.

I wonder how Bart would feel about that if he knew.
I think that now that Clark feels he's in the clear he'll start wearing those colors again. But at the same time it was nice for him to change it up a bit with the grey :)

Hee. I thought it was cute how he was throwing away all of his red and blue clothes. But then, he'd have nothing to wear.
And I'd be okay with that.

Lol, don't think he will ever stop wearing red and blue. Just look at the superman costume for example

yea it would be nice if he wasnt wearing the red/blue jackets for the rest of the season but we know it isnt going to happen. Maybe he will wear more other cloths more then the jacket combos.

I think ollie besides giving clark "superheroe lessons" he should give clark some lessons with the clothes and the ladies LOL

That would be a good idea...

This is what I've mentioned for a long time now. I think it was stupid for TPTB to have Clark get dressed in red & blue when those are Superman's colors and Clark should be shown to be as unlike Superman in terms of appearance as possible.

when he was gathering all his blue and red clothes I was screaming, burn them, burn them hahahahaha

it would be weird to never see him in red and blue again.
but I've gotta say, Tom look AWESOME in that grey shirt with the long white sleeves. I don't what it was about it that made it hot, but it was!

They should retire the red and blue clothes. It nice to see him in other colors beside those two.

It annoys me how he wears it less often but its understandable since he is growing up now and he works at the DP. He needs to start dressing a lot more flashy and business like.

Ollie should teach him how to dress

If he continues with the good samaritan savings he will have to change every time he performs a rescue just to re-enhance the fact that they are two different people. I hope he takes a backpack to work with THRJ in it and change in the alley at superspeed so the focus will remain in the 'red blur' mystrious hero.

What is THRJ. sorry, I'm new at this...
Anyway, I think it makes sense that he starts off wearing blue and red all the time because those are his fav. colors. :) and it gives a good reason why he eventually chooses those colors for his costume. But, now I think it would be exciting to see him shed that as clark, and only wear it as "super saving guy"(not superman yet..heh)
I have to say that Tom looks mighty fine lately. Those dress shirts work miracles on him..;):)

The man seriously doesn't learn from his mistakes! He can't go sporting the red-and-blue again! (plus, we are getting kind of sick of his second skin and it's been nice to see him in dress shirts and pants) Anyway, I vote Ollie should teach him how to dress..in everyday life -not in green!

Hey! Hey! There's nothing wrong with Red and Blue!
But, PLEASE spare us the red jacket! PLEASE!
I don't know why he won't just wear his blue jacket and red shirt. That looked A LOT better. Or, has Bizarro complete killed that whole idea?
Oh, well... :\

Considering that red is my favorite color I so do not want Clark to give up wearing red clothes; plus, when he wears red his eyes look more blue. But I absolutely love seeing all of the color additions to his wardrobe, dressed down and dressed up. I am also on pins and needles hoping to see him in a tuxedo again.
I say, keep the red and blue for Superman-esque rescues and thank you for increasing the budget on Clark's clothing allowance. Naked, casual, or suited up, Clark is 100% super, but the red and blue have to stay.

he should only wear it when doing offical hero work.
but i have to say that I LOVE CLARK IN THE GREY AND WHITE.

Course he will thats how the show is getting around the whole suit and tights idea, in a way he already has his suit just not the cape

I've always hated that about the show, the combinations of blue t-shirt, red jacket and vice versa. Yea, we get it, we know who he is ok?!
Ironically the scene where he walks on to Ollie's plane in the grey shirt and jeans he walked more like Superman than ever.
I really hope they ditch the red/blue or as susangail says only wear it out rescueing as a sort of precursor to a suit.

God, I hope not! His red-n-blue theme is honestly tiring, and if he doesn't learn his lesson from nearly being recognized because of it, he really is a BDA!

OOOh ya he'll keep wearing it. Although it would be nice for Oliver to convince him to re-style himself. Even though the red and blue outfit works out for the whole point of being Superman, he still has his farm boy look and now that he's in Metropolis he should go out in style!!

the blue shirt & red jacket is Smallville's version of the suit and cape.
