Ya, that's a plot-hole, they shoulda mentioned it. Although Ollie DID mentioned about the part where Lois made out w/ Clark

watch episode 5 "Commited"

Basically clark and lois pretend to be a couple and are shopping for wedding rings and ollie walks in on them as they are browsing for rings and he's all like "what are you two doing here?" and they both lie to ollie to keep their cover and tell him that they're getting married ;)

Poor Ollie, Clark's the better man. He's drowning his sorrows in whine. Until Clark comes along and forces him to a slightly different altitude than he was expecting to clear his head. Oliver was in denial and I don't think he would have brought up jealousy for one woman in an airplane full of other women. Especially if he had plans for a certain club membership. Maybe later though.

I don't think it was a 'plot hole' it was just a lack of continuity from the previous episode. It would have been funny. Especially if they would have brought it up when Clark was zipping Lois up....lol
