I thought it was until Ollie made this comment "You got to make out with my girlfriend. What are you complaining about?"

Does Ollie still think of Lois as his girlfriend?

I agree with WickedJenn. He was just speaking from the tense of the period that the episode took place (that probably made no sense at all).

lois and oliver is done. all lois need to worry bout now is making clark fall for her.

I think if they had been planning to revist Lollie in any way, we'd be having some scenes of them together. But they both seem to have moved on, so I think thats definitely a relationship in the past.

Possibly Oliver was dosing himself with whine. He called Lois his girlfriend (past tense) so he obviously like Lois also had some fairly strong feelings. He saw Lois and Clark in the jewelry store together buying rings but no invitation has been forthcoming so he probably suspects that something is up with that. Plus the fact that shortly after their little menage a trois in the crazy's store, he is exposed as the psycho? I think Oliver could probably connect the dots. But I didn't get any sense of mourning over Lois on his part. I'd liken Lollie to do not pass go, do not collect any dollars.

i think he was referring to the time that she was his girlfriend.

i was about to bring up a poll with oliver having feelings on lois but i was like ehh i dont really think they do. if they did then ps3 would have had more scenes of potential "lollie" relationship instead of (potential) clois scenes

Yes,they broke up for good last season.See,they took only one season to figure out that they didn't meant to be.They not like Clana,they know when to quit before it gets nasty.
