When Davis told Clark he was in crime scene photos?

How was Clark in crime scene photos before the police were called? If the police weren't called yet, or reporters, how was anyone taking photos?

I assumed it was the shadow guy (the one who attacked Davis and Jimmy). Remember, Tess's minion told the shadow guy that he was a copycat attacker. He was probably watching the other attacks.

But who took the photos Davis was holding which showed Clark in the background? I need to rewatch that part.

yeah this didn't make much sense to me either. Also how could clark be careless enough to get caught in one photo nevermind numerous.

Davis tell him he took the photos, as a parmamedic I'm guessing. And he says there another figure in the background. Maybe Clark isn't exactly visible in the photos but Davis knows it's him?

He tells Clark he took the photos before any press could have made it there. Weird that a paramedic would take photos. But if Clark were already there, wouldn't he have noticed Davis taking the photos, maybe that's why he broke into Davis' locker?

it just doesn't make any sense, plus im still annoyed at how davis acted. he was being a total jerk, im sure some peope would say he was just being defensive after being questioned by clark but the way he said it just made me think he was a total *******. the whole jekyll and hyde thing was ruined right there for me. doomsday's meant to be the jerk not davis, who seemingly doesn't give a damn about anyone other than chloe and himself. if he really thought he was commiting horendous murders why hasn't he turned himself in? doesn't seem like the kind of thing a good person would do, go on letting innocent people die while you just cover your own ass. anyway thats a bit off topic but i needed to get it off my chest.

Clark's issue was it was odd that Davis was keeping police photos of all the victims.
Davis' issue was that Clark appeared in the background of the photos when no other journalists had reached the scene yet

Actually, I don't think Davis ment it as ''Clark is on a few crime scene photos'', rather it's symbolic. Clark pointed out, that Davis has been the first paramedic on several crime scenes and Davis pointed out that Clark has too a hapit of showing up at crime scenes, like the Ace of Clubs, right after several people are murdered or wounded.
