Who were they? Or are they likely to appear in the future?

It would be cool to see them with Chuck in the past. I find it interesting that every show I like(Smallville, OTH, Heroes, Prison Break, Chuck, Dexter, Terminator, My own worst enemy, Californication has a main characters(s) thats parent(s) died.

That would be dumb. I'm also hoping someone finds out about Chuck being the intersect.

Well, they've hinted pretty furiously that Chuck and Ellie's mother is dead, especially with the Mothers' Day episode. I don't know, however, that they've ever mentioned their father, even in passing...

Ah, well, there we go... there was one mention.

I actually meant something a little more substantial, like the mother references in the Mother's Day episode, but there was at least mention of him.
