Then we had Clark strutting his GINORMOUS (sorry, that's the only word for it) biceps in that torture scene, and then being all Mr. GQ in the elevator scene. *hubba hubba*

So my question is, who was the hottest mofo in the episode? Lol.

Tom is second IMO :D He's certainly taller than Dean (just look at the scene in Cure with the ax) but Dean is wider and heavier. Well, only slightly. Oh I don't know actually, lol. But I know that Brandon Routh can't compete with either! ;) Maybe it can be disputed that Tom has better biceps...but for I know one thing, one cannot argue that backside of Dean's ;)
