Also, TW had such a great script and great look that he could have read his lines off a cue card and still been great. He is definitely the master of communication through facial expressions. A winsome look as the elevator door closes is worth a thousand words...or just one word: "yes."

Lois rocked! I loved when she walks out in front of the car, and Clark pulls her back like nothing, and she just keeps talking completely oblivious. Along with so many other great points in the show...I can't name them all. Then the whole build up to the 'yes'. That was so powerful for me! When she said it I about squealed...actually...I might have. I rewinded it too many times! lol. She was awesome...go Erika Durance! I really hope she is in all of the shows.

Normally, my favorite character is Chloe, but, Braniac is making me
irritated with her. Chloe, come back. Anyway, yeah, Clark's dry humor

Normally I'd say Lois, because well, I admit I am completely, 100% prejudiced. I absolutely love ED's Lois Lane. She could just sit on a chair for the entire episode, idly staring at nothing and I'd still think she's doing a spectacular job.

However, I think I'll give this one to Oliver this time. He was brilliant, even though he didn't have a lot of screentime (in comparison to other characters, such as Lois and Clark or Jimmy and Chloe). I loved Justin Hartley's way of portraying Oliver's disbelief and shock when he found out Lois and Clark ring-shopping and I loved his interaction with Tess. I also felt so sad about him when she literally ditched him with a cold phrase and even colder glance. Brrr..

Oh, no. No Clark???? :eek: Clark has been waaaaay too forgotten in the past, main character or not. I'm glad he's included, and rightly so. People love to hate the villains, look at how popular Lex was and still is; the heroes just get set by the wayside. Never forget or disallow Clark Kent. He's earned his right to be included, especially recently.

lois for me. and i miss her too.

i just loved all of her lines in this one, and it was great to see so many sides of lois in one episode. there was the drunken toast, hungover and hysterical scene, concerned cousin, investigative reporter, angry and cursing scene, scared and vulnerable in psycho's torture chamber, and so much more.

i would like to add that clark bursting into the room to save lois made my heart skip a beat, and the nicknames in the jewelry shop tickled me silly, so clark is a close second.
