what are the effects of Red K on normal people. We have seen the effects of Green K. Also we see the effect of Black K on Lex with his split personality. But have we seen the effects of Red K? or Blue K? Although I think Blue is much more rare.

Yes, Lois put Red-K lipstick on in season 7 and it went into her bloodstream. It caused her to fall madly in love with the first man that she saw.

So that's it pretty much, just makes humans fall in love with their sex/object of preference!

the Red K had nothing to do with Lois Gone Wild. It was the aphrodesiac in the lipstick.

With the exception of Crimson, no human was ever infected with Red K on the show. But what I took from it was that the Red K amplified the effect of the aphrodesiac, just like Green K amplifies the effect of whatever is going on when someone is infected. That's just my take.
