Clark. I like the death of the BDA and how the mopeyness factor is going away (it seemed like it was gone in the first 2 episodes, but the last 2 episodes brought it back a little).

Just a suggestion. How about asking who is your favorite NEW character in season 8? If it was phrased that way, I might have to say Maxima. Although they did make her much more of a "slut" in the show than in the comics. In the comics, she comes across as more of an aristocrat. While they do mention her being a "queen" on Smallville, they played up the "horny" angle more than I was expecting, lol ;)

Clark, no question. He is the main reason I watch this show. I find that I am liking Tess as well, though. Cassidy Freeman is doing a great job with that character.

For me, Chloe is galaxies ahead of everyone else in the series, as she has been for every season. This is despite the fact they have paired her with the king of the geek people, Jimmy the Geek (and his banana shaped face)>

My favorite is this brand new SuperClark character. Where did he come from? He reminds me of someone from the first few seasons, but all grown up and working at the Daily Planet and saving people in Metropolis. He's nothing at all like that guy who skipped college to live on the farm, wear nothing but THRJ and blue shirt, and pine over Lana Lang. They must have written that character off the show along with Lionel Luthor.

I'd have to say Lois is my favorite this year so far and Chloe is 2nd mainly because of what she did to end the last episode. That was very surprising and unexpected but I liked it..

Clark is still my favorite.

And on the plus side, he's actually starting to resemble a grown up. It's a welcome change after last season. The real test will come in how he handles Lana's return in the next few episodes. If he can really and truly put the past behind him and embrace his Super destiny, I will be one happy fan. :cool:

Chloe, very closely followed by Clark, then Lois who has grown on me a TON since her first appearance. Following them would be Tess and Davis, who I think have done a phenomenal job of filling out their roles as Clark's new antagonists. Oliver and Jimmy are pretty good, too. Really, the whole cast is remarkably talented this season, and they've been pulling out some of their best performances lately.

Lois by far.
I don't understand how people like Chloe. She talks annoying and uses too many puns. I like Allison Mack, but the way they make Chloe act arround Clark can really get on my nerves. I think Chloe is a better character without him, and even though I was kind of disappointed when she lost her memory of him, I liked her way more then.

My fav Clark and Lois, I voted for Clark, he's been my fav in every season excluding the 5th 6th and 7th, Lois goes very close after Clark in season 8!
