I think there is no doubt that Lois should not be the one to leave. She was living there first, and she accepted Chloe's as her roommate when the Met-U dorms got destroyed. It was supposed to be a temporary thing, and it turned out to be a permanent one. And I am ok with Chloe living there, because they are cousins, they love each other, and I am sure they were both very happy living together.
But, if Chloe and Jimmy wanted to live together, they shouldn't do it in Lois's appartment. You just don't do that, seriously. I am actually surprised that someone like Chloe doesn't see it can't work.

Definitely Chimmy.

I cant believe Lois would even consider leaving...I guess the chimmy situation is supposed to be temporary though?? And Lois cant stand them anymore then we can.
But yea....I dont know why Lois would leave. I'd tell Jimmy to get the hell out and take his Abba with him!!

Lois should leave the love birds and get her own place. A Metropolis apartment would be close to work.

I really dont know why any of them are in smallville when they all work in Metropolis..Chimmy claims to want to save money...but have they seen gas prices??? :\

everyone should leave. they all need their own space and different apartments in the city.

Maybe Lois just felt like her apartment was tainted by Chimmy sex and couldn't sleep there anymore. :p
I hope Lois gets an apartment in Metropolis. Maybe they'll re-deco the Ace of Clubs and turn it into Lois' apartment.

 I'm in agreement with you two. Everyone who lives in the Talon should MOVE. They all work in Metropolis, so why not live there close to their jobs. It would make sense if their only goal was to save money by limiting gas usage by NOT comuting 6 hrs. a day! :\
Tess is probably working both in Smallville and Metropolis. She could most likely fly to the city in the Lex/LuthorCorp helicopter. :p But of course, I never learned or understood where Lionel lived in the city. They never showed us his personal living space other than the high-rise office building. :\

ya, i was wondering why Chloe didn't move in with Jimmy. He lived in metropolis. It would make sense for her to move there with him.

Not to mention the fact the the talon is owned by Lex. Why would any of them want to stay there????

the ridiculous comutting and living in a place owned by there worst enemy aside, I think its not about who should move, its about what was decided, im sure they talked about it, unfortunately ofscreen, where there's a great Chlo-Lo relationship, probably Lois being the self apointed big sister to Chloe volunteered to be the one to move, Chlo probably told her it was ridiculous, that it wouldnt be fair, that she (Lois) lived there first and Lois being the stubborn, pigheaded yet caring cousin would not have any of it and se decided to be the one to move out.

I think they should all get apartments in the same building, maybe the same hallway, then spend most of their time in a coffee shop downstairs.

Why on earth (or Krypton, for that matter) are they still living in an apartment above a coffeeshop in Smallville when they are all clearly spending their day working at Metropolis?
I just don't get it. It makes no sense. Smallville is definitely a 2hour drive from Smallville. That would mean if Lois needs to be at work -say- at 9 o'clock, she gets up at 6 to get ready and drive all the way! Unless they bought a private helicopter they forgot to mention, it's completely irrational.
They're not Clark Kent! They can't superspeed home!

Everyone, btw Lex owns the Talon, now the only one who is capable to make the decision to kick anyone out of there is Tess, if she didnīt why bother?!

Yeah, they could live in the same appartment's building in Metropolis that would be the best solution.I can even imagine Lois knocking at Chimmy's door to borrow some stuff.Jimmy who's getting frustrated by the situation:Chloe, she borrows stuff from us but,she never returns them :)

I think Chloe and Jimmy should be the ones finding their own place, but that wouldn't have opened the door for Clark's offer of Lois' old room back.

Jimmy. Cuz he acted like a little ***** after stumbling upon that note.

Yes, that's exactly how I see it... setting aside the real world issues (i.e. the insane commute and Lex owning the building) it's easy enough to believe that Lois decided to move out for a good reason.
While it's true that Lois was the first person to move in, the reality is that it hasn't been just Lois's apartment for awhile. She has considered Chloe to be her roommate and vice versa. It's not like Lois has ownership of it (she's renting) and so it's not like she's called "first dibs". It's easy enough to fan-wank that Lois wants to be closer to the DP. And, really, Lois isn't even a small town girl... it makes more sense for her to want to be in the city where the action is. And it makes sense for Jimmy and Chloe to want to save their money and live in a place where real estate is cheaper (setting aside gas prices).

Agreed. Also, Lois is now a reporter for the Daily Planet, she might actually be able to afford Metropolis rents nowadays. Gas prices are falling again (YAY) but I'd bet that rent is more costly than gas, despite the effects of weather and increased demand. Obviously, since she didn't have much of a problem moving in with Clark, nor vice versa, neither of them have respiratory issues. You can live with it if you love somebody even though it is a problem, but when you don't? Not at all.
Chloe is now working at Isis and also possibly sidelining with Oliver, the commute may be a killer but she doesn't have to punch a clock anymore. And Lex was an absentee landlord, I don't see why Tess wouldn't follow suit.
I'll bet Jimmy is probably glad to get rid of sky-high Metropolis rents and spend a little quality time carpooling with Chloe to Metropolis.

Chloe moved in with Lois at the beginning of season 6 and was supposed to stay there until Met University re-opened after what happened at the end of season 5. So I think that it should be Chloe and Jimmy moving out.

All of them should move to Metropolis. They are all working there! But I think they are living in Smallville because it would not make sense since the show it's called Smallville. But if anyone has to move out it definitely should be Jimmy. Chloe and Jimmy aren't married yet so they should wait 'til the wedding(it doesn't matter if they already had sex)
They should let Chlo-Lo spend more time together, they are family after all. Besides, Jimmy has an apartment in Metropolis, he should had told Chloe to move out of the Talon and come with him to his apartment in Metropolis.

I really thought that the Talon was Chloe's apartment and Lois was the one sharing with her?? I thought Lana let Chloe stay there.
Also I thought Lex gave Lana the Talon as part of their divorce settlement - I may have just dreamt that one up though!

I agree that they should live in Metropolis. It makes no sense to have a 2-3 hour commute (each way!).
And doesn't Clark still live in Smallville too? Does he drive to work? He could run to work in 1-2 seconds and drive there in 2-3 hours. Granted, no one in Smallville seems to have intelligence in this area, but wouldn't someone with half a brain (Tess?) wonder how he gets to work from Smallville if he's not driving?

Yes, apart from the insane commute and other issues, here's what I was wondering....
There is only one bed, and not much of a bedroom. Where have the three of them been sleeping in that tiny apartment?

A Metropolis condo would be the way to go. Even more intriguing, if it's a LuthorCorp.-owned property and Tess is the landlord.
Clark's offer makes sense -- but it was also odd. He was basically saying: Lois, why not live under my roof, with me, alone. I know they want to bring home the point that Lois and Clark are beginning to see the sparks of their future ... but let the girl have some independence! Thankfully, she declined.
Isn't the Talon still LuthorCorp. owned (Lex and Lana were business partner, I recall)? Tess could evict the whole lot of them from the Talon if it came to that. And guess who's got lots of space for roomies -- Clark!
Forget about triangles, that would be a destiny-stalling rectangle.

They could all move out of the Talon but getting a cup of coffee is so convenient where they are. At least I guess they are still open for business. I haven't seen customers lately. It use to be hopping most every time there was a scene. Are they closed?

That would of been awesome! Damn SV for not thinking about that! It also would be steamy! For all the main cast to be living in the same building in Metropolis! It would of also save producers major money!
