I'm really looking forward to the 'Fever' letter aspect of the show tonight. The "main" plot (as far as we know... sometimes we are fooled by episode descriptions or trailers) seems to be a little boring for some reason. We'll just have to wait and see. But like I said, the Chlimmy moments should be good!

I think it will still be in the episode because allison and others have talked about it in interviews. One of the mods posted that they had deleted three threads that were about spoilers in tonight's episode. You can try the spoilers thread, but it was probably deleted by a mod.

Location: n.c. Im sorry everyone but my fears have been confirmed . after tonights episode my worst fear was confirmed. The fever letter was no more than a buffer for the mythodical relationship at hand to become aparent. In the barn scenec clark openinly said about chloe's feelings he never showed andy remorse or regret for not being iwth her. All i heard was ... Chkloe had some intenese feelings for me and i never saw it, what if my soul mate is right in front of me and i miss it.... lois responds well when the right women does come along you will see it.

Metaphor this explains that chloe is not for him because he chose to be blind. and thus lois being in front of him while saying this the writers are showing us metaphorically that lois is the one ... not chloe.

My chlark heart is broken but i have been saying this for weeks what was going to happen but instead i indulged in fantasies .

Do i believe chloe when she says she is over clark? yes to a point i do . i would not keep being single and stopping my life and my happiness for someone who is not going to speak up for me.

they have not shown that clark even regrets not seeing or giving chloe a chance. this was just a buffer episode for things to come . goodbye romantic chlark . im gonna go mourn now and decide if im gonna continue watching this show.

i gave up on clark after zod BUT after hearing the fever letter spoiler and reading that clark may REGRET some things is what did this to me and now i think the printed spoilers are also trying to feed carrots to people only to keep them watching. where is this regeret for chloe ? simple it was a ll bs to get our hopes up and smear it in our faces.

this episode should have been called kill clark romatically so big dumb female alien can push clark and lois together LOL !

imnot mad at clois ...its not there fault i did not get what i wanted . i liked the beginning with lois and the whole endorphine thing but when she caught themin the elevator was a little bit much !

im really sorry for the people that had there hopes up . now ps3 can use the fever letter for toilet paper because it did not show any regret from clark . im no longer reading spoilers because it is all a sham to bend to certain fan bases to get us to watch .... like next week chloe gets asked if she loves clark ... that is a big flag to chlark supporters they are hoping that we will tune in to see what she says . guess what ? were only gonna get shot in the heart again and there is nothing anyone can say to sway me or give me hope ..... its over

Oh one more thing clark does not deserve chloe's love because he was too dumb to give her a chance. He still had feelinmgs for lana when she was getting married and that didn't stop him from saying how he felt if he loved chloe he would step forward now ! and since he isn't im calling calrk a BDA for the first time ever !

Chloe is too strong minded for clark . and jimmy whats he gonna do go moon over another women everytime things don't go his way ? jimmy does not deserve her either period . chloe deserves someone better than this .i think a part of her will always love him i mean she just said so in season 7 you stupid PS3 !

I wopuld be totally okay with this if they would have showed some shread of clark having regret . Even a dam bread crumb , but nope we get lies ! he tells lois he never knew how chloe felt then he tells chloe i guess i always knew ! omg this was a buffer episode and it was for analogy of clana /clois period !

i will no longer watch live and im not saying it's cause chlark is not together , i could live with that ...it's the fact clark shows no remorse or regret , and they have hinted sexual tension all the way along even in zod when clark came back he was too dumb to say hey lets hook up ! no he asked her and let chloe push him away again but yet they had to show clarks face all jealous . im so tired of this @#$% ! Goodbye chlark and chloe your better off you don't need a man like that , he threw you in the trash , always kept you in his back pocket for in case . but jimmy is not for chloe " oh hell no ! he runs to other women all the time.... no wonder why he is not married in the mythos ! he is a little terd !

I never thought I could actually ever ever ever say that .... but I H.A.T.E.D it! btw I think they shouldn´t have brought that letter back at all ...... PS3 do you hear it? the legions of Chlark/Chloe fans (you need) saying goodbye to this show !! Keep it up I say!

Highly disappointed!:( But I guess most would say, you should've seen it coming. And I did/do see it coming, but not like this. Shrugging it off, no emotion....... this isn't closure/closure coming, this is completely dead, squashed and while it's down, step on it and spit on it.:mad:

Chloe says Clark is her best friend and she is in love with Jimmy. I'm not sure how much I believe what Chloe is saying due to the fact that she is infected with Brainiac. I think Brainiac would do anything to mess with Clark's mind by using Chloe. I'm not saying Chloe and Clark will be anything but best friends but just remember that Chloe may not be herself.

Dang....she lied....SHE LIED. The letter she showed Clark might not be the exact the one Jimmy saw (at least we didn't hear Clark commenting on "I'm the girl of your dreams masquerading as your best friend..."); did she write a decoy to disguise her feelings, or maybe we just didn't get Clark's reaction to the first lines (guess I could re-watch "Fever" eh?) . She is lying to Clark, she is lying to Jimmy, and she is lying to herself. It brings her a little off the pedestal I love to put her on. Everyone will get hurt over it. Jimmy has a right to feel jealous over Clark, cuz Chloe ain't over him (not that long ago in the Fortress she shouted to Jor-El, "I LOVE YOUR SON!!!" a tad more than a "friend, I would think...). And how stupid is Clark.....he never knew how she felt???? Yeah that was a peck on the cheek in "Zod." Oh, right, the world's about to end she'd kiss anyone. I can't believe Clark hasn't known Chloe has felt a lot more than BFF. Nice that they can be friends, but...??!!

The Chlark is likely a dead issue, they'll never be together, but neither will the Chimmy; I worry for the snarky blonde...worry a lot.....

I think he may have been talking about the present. That he didn't think she felt that way recently. The big question that went unasked was why did she keep the letter all these years if it didn't mean anything to her now. It wasn't in a trinket box with other memories, or in a yearbook. Maybe it was overlooked on her bookshelf, but it was never asked and therefore never answered. How Jimmy and Clark took the letter was left to interpretation, it was never explained. That was the big tragedy of the episode. If TPTB meant to bring closure to Chlark, and/or security to Chlimmy, they failed on both counts.

As for why she didn't throw the letter away, I think that Brainiac could be influencing her actions. We just don't know for sure how Brainiac may affecting her. I think that AM's acting is subtle but noticeable enough to tell us that something is not right with Chloe. Her behaviour and her emotions are off and I think it is deliberate. It wouldn't be surprising if Brainiac wanted to drive a wedge between Chloe and Clark. The camera would often focus on Clark's reaction to Chloe as they interacted. I got the impression that Clark is noticing the a difference in her as well.

When she said "You blew it buddy" i think that was one of the strongest lines she ever said to him before. It made Clark think alot about what he messed out on because he was dealing with Lana. And when Clark was talking to Lois, he was saying Chloe could have been his "soulmate" But he was to blind to see it. And that's what Clark gets. So, yea this eps wasnt everything i hoped for it to be but in the end Chloe won... :);)

i see what your saying but i don't feel clark recognized chloe at all . i wanted to here him say chloe could have been the one or shown some regret . i did not see anyof thise things. all i saw was him brushing it under the rug and lying. telling chloe oh i think i always knew then telling lois he never knew about it wth ?:(

Chloe always seems to get so defensive with Clark after using a computer. It's like using her new power throws real!Chloe offline and Brainiac gets a stronger foothold.
