The Hollywood Reporter today reports that the 2009 movie Push is being shopped around by Summit Entertainment and E1 for a possible weekly television series adaptation.

David Hayter, who wrote two X-Men movies as well as Watchmen, is scripting a series pilot, which is not yet in any deal with any network. Hayter will also be producing alongside partner Benedict Carver; E1′s Noreen Halpern and John Morayniss will also be involved.

Some of the folks who read the KryptonSite Network Twitter have already pointed out that there already is a Push TV Series. We call it Heroes. I’ll have to agree, though, if they can come up with a unique way to present the material, more power to them.
