With DC Comics’ Black Lightning joining The CW lineup, might we get a crossover of five “Arrowverse” shows in the network’s future?
CW President Mark Pedowitz told reporters on a press call that, for now at least, the answer is no.
“We do not aim to do a five-way crossover,” he said. “Black Lightning, at this time, is not part of the Arrowverse. It is a separate situation. But there will be a big fourth quarter crossover with all four of the shows that are on in the fall,” he promised, referring to Supergirl, The Flash, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and Arrow, all of which will see their new seasons start likely in October.
