Science fiction fan favorite Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) guest stars in the August 27 episode of Alphas on the Syfy Channel. She plays “Skyler,” a tech whiz who helps Rosen (David Strathairn) to learn the purpose of an Alpha-enhancing technology.
Syfy has released a handful of images from the episode which you can see below. Like this week’s showing, Alphas on August 27 will be airing at 8PM (ET), though re-airings will come as quickly as later in the same evening.

Summer glau needs to come back full time.. she's so awesome.
Alphas is definitively the best sci-fi show on TV at the moment; it's maybe not 100% entertainment or shallow plots and your brain is even sometimes put to work which tv viewers don't seem to get.
